Worrying
can be a healthy warning signal that alerts us to real dangers and helps
us prepare for the future. But worrying for no reason only leads to frantic days and
sleepless nights. This workshop will help you differentiate between
what’s worth worrying about and what’s not worth another thought. We’ll show you how to curb needless worrying so that
you can give your attention to what really matters – and get more
sleep.

you understand conflict, then you can deal with it more constructively
and even get comfortable with it. We’ll show you how conflict
can be a tool for creativity and a doorway to deeper, more intimate
relationships.

Getting Back on
Track When Life Knocks You Down: It's
easy to stay positive about your goals when life is just clipping along.
But what happens when a major life event, such as a break-up, illness,
injury, or job loss knocks you off your path? During this program
we show you how to get through tough times, believe in yourself despite
what is going on around you, and get your motivation and faith back.
There will be no workshop in December.
