Paper Forms, both
federal & state, are available locally at some libraries,
banks and post offices. Federal forms are available at the IRS Office, 220 Maine Mall Road,
South Portland, for walk-in service only (M - F, 8:30 AM - 4:30
PM).
You can order many of the current
year tax forms and publications for delivery by U. S. mail. Be
aware that not all tax products are available through this web
page and that quantities are limited. Information Returns
(all series of Forms W-2, W-3, 1096, 1098, 1099, and 5498), and
employer products can be ordered from the Online

you cannot locate a tax product, or need a prior year tax product,
