In 2016, writer Kate Kennedy suffered a life-threatening bout of facial melanoma. Her book Skin, A Memoir, rose up from that time. In this hour-long Zoom talk and reading, Kate and long-time friend and writing comrade, novelist Eleanor Morse will explore how books come to be, how nature can heal, and how old friendships as well as new unexpected ones can bring joy.
