Story Time with Mini Horses @ Riverton

Join us in Riverton’s backyard to say hello to two very special guests, Apollo and Apple Jax (also known as AJ), two working miniature horses from Riding To The Top Therapeutic Riding Center. Learn about the work these small-of-stature horses do, pat their soft, low-to-the-ground noses, then settle in for an outdoor story time geared toward preschoolers.

10:00-10:45 – Mingling with Apollo and Apple Jax
10:45-11:15 – Story Time
11:15-11:30 — Goodbyes
* Closed-toe shoes recommended for extra safety
* Event will be rescheduled if there is inclement weather

Riding To The Top Therapeutic Riding Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of children and adults with disabilities through equine assisted services. They operate year-round at their 50-acre farm in Windham, Maine.
