Teen Health: The PPL Teen Library offers current, trusted, and reliable health information for teens. We have community resources as well as fiction and nonfiction books about Teen Health.

Skip Google: Find factual health information online with the MedlinePlus Teen Health or Teen Health & Wellness portals. Use these resources to answer your own questions or to research topics for school assignments. Teen staff also curate this list of library resources for health topics relevant to teens.

Lots of things are different right now due to COVID-19, and that can feel overwhelming. Talk about your feelings and get support from another young person. This service is free and provided by our partners at NAMI Maine. Click for full details.

The Portland Public Teen Library is committed to helping our teen patrons find reliable and safe health information and services. This page contains trusted resources for local teens searching for health care and support in the Southern Maine and Greater Portland areas.
