  • I agree to pay UP TO the amount indicated to obtain a copy of this item. Note: While we are often able to obtain photocopies free from libraries, many libraries charge a flat fee to supply photocopies. Medical libraries charge $11.00 per article.
  • The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, US Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproduction of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction.
