Strategic Plan

In 2023 Portland Public Library launched an ambitious project to gain a better understanding of what residents want their library to be now and in the future. The strategic planning process will include community meetings, focus groups, interviews, and a survey to help better understand the community’s evolving needs and aspirations.

Working with the Ivy Group, PPL is excited to learn how we can better serve our community and foster learning, discovery, joy, and conversation to enrich our diverse community and advance literacy.
