About the Rines Auditorium


Minimum Rental Time: 2 hours

Rental Rates: Nonprofit: $60/hour; For-Profit: $95/hour

During what hours are rentals permitted?

Meeting rooms available hourly during library open hours. After-hours access is available upon approval by Library Staff.

Can we bring rented furniture?

Groups may rent tables from event vendors if they require large or small rounds or other type of table not available to us. The delivery and pick-up of tables must be coordinated with our Facilities Manager prior to the date of the event. PPL is not responsible for set-up or take-down of equipment rented from offsite vendors or caterers.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol (beer/wine/champagne) is allowed as long as served by an approved caterer with the proper insurance and licenses.

Does the library do publicity for rental/non-library events?

Group is responsible for its own publicity which should indicate that “the event is not library sponsored.” Group is prohibited from making statements in their advertising or meeting announcements that suggests library sponsorship or endorsement.
