About the Room Rentals
Thanks for your interest in booking a meeting room space at Portland Public Library. Meeting Rooms are currently not available as we transition to a new system. We anticipate that meeting rooms can be available to outside groups in coming months. For any additional questions, please call 207-871-1700 x755.
We have two small soundproof cubicle “pods” in our lower level that can fit up to 4 people. If that suits your needs, please call the Reference Desk at 207-871-1700 x725 to find out more information about availability.

Rines Auditorium 2 hours $60/hour $95/hour
Meeting Room 1 1 hour $30/hour $65/hour
Computer Lab (Meeting Room 3) 1 hour $50/hour $85/hour
Meeting Room 4 1 hour $40/hour $75/hour
Meeting Room 5 1 hour $40/hour $75/hour
ADDITIONAL FEES
After Hours Fee: Required if rental includes times before or after PPL public hours.
Cleaning Fee: Required if consuming food and/or drink
Number of Participants Fee Applied
1-15 participants $25
16-30 participants $50
31+ participants $75
